Privacy

Account information. When you create an account we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number and shipping address. Your password is stored securely and never shown to anyone, including us.

Order information. We keep a record of your orders: the products, totals, shipping method and cost, tracking numbers and payment status, so you can view them any time under My Orders and so we can support you.

Your cart. While you are signed in, we save what is currently in your cart — the items and quantities — so you can pick up where you left off on another visit and so our team can help if you ask about an order.

Optional store analytics. Only after you allow analytics, we record page visits, product views and product clicks, additions to cart, and registration/shipping/payment-stage visits. This applies to signed-in and signed-out visitors. Signed-in page history is also available to our support team. We never read form values, arbitrary button text, passwords or card fields.

Analytics uses random browser and session identifiers, first-touch traffic-source/campaign labels, broad device/browser information and approximate country, region and city where provided by hosting. We do not retain raw IP addresses or precise coordinates. Visitors are estimates of browsers, not identified people; live activity means a visit within five minutes. Sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Detailed analytics sessions and events are retained for up to 90 days, with cleanup on subsequent analytics activity. Verified Square sales records are separate accounting data. Cart/account storage required to use the store remains functional without analytics.

We use this information to create and manage your account, process orders, calculate shipping and sales tax, send order confirmations and shipping notifications, provide customer support, keep accurate accounting records, and improve our store.

Payments are processed securely by Square; we never see or store your card details. Square sends its own payment receipt for each charge. Separately, we email you a branded order confirmation and, once your order ships, a shipping notification with tracking.

We share only what is necessary to run the store: your shipping address with the carrier delivering your order (such as USPS or UPS), and your payment details with Square to take payment. We do not sell your information.

You may decline optional analytics or withdraw permission using Privacy choices in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Withdrawal stops future analytics and clears browser analytics identifiers; existing de-identified records expire under the retention policy. We do not sell or share analytics for advertising.

You can view and edit your details, and delete your account, any time under My Account. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved address, cart and activity history; we may keep your order records as required for accounting.
